The Excel 9.9 is the ideal travel wheelchair with all the advantages of a regular wheelchair. The foldability and lightweight frame are what sets the Excel 9.9 apart from other travel wheelchairs; the foldable aluminium frame, Quick Release Wheels and removeable footrests that can be turned in or out or fully removed and the foldable back make the 9.9 easy to fold and transport. The Excel 9.9 is multi-adjustable, contributing to the comfort of both the user and the attendant. The tensionable backrest with curved design offers optimal lumbar support. The seat with s-curve design prevents the user from sliding and helps keep a good posture, and the height adjustable push handles provide comfort to the attendant. The lightweight aluminium frame has a double cross frame which adds to its stability.

What counts as a long-term illness or disabled? For VAT purposes, you have a long-term illness or are disabled if you meet any of the following conditions:
you have a physical or mental impairment which has a long-term and substantial adverse effect upon your ability to carry out everyday activities
you have a condition that the medical profession treats as a chronic sickness, such as diabetes
you are terminally ill.

So if you don't qualify if you are elderly but otherwise able-bodied, or if you're only temporarily disabled or incapacitated.You don't have to physically buy the goods in person. If your parent, guardian, wife or husband buys the goods and services for you, then you will not be charged VAT.
